Need help, have a question, or want to report something? Email us and we'll get back to you. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
Quick answers
- Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Report a poem or comment: tap the ••• menu on it → Report.
- Block someone: open their profile → Block.
- Change your email or password: Settings → Security.
- Trouble signing in: make sure you're using the same method (Apple, Google, or email) you signed up with, then email us if it persists.
Reporting content or safety concerns
We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that breaks our rules. To report abuse, harassment, or anything unsafe, use the ••• → Report option in the app, or email support@dotpoet.com.
